Joyita Bhattacharya Pathak
Joyita Bhattacharya Pathak, 41, is the founder and secretary of the Ensure Development Foundation a nonprofit working in MP on issues of health, environment, and rural development. She is a graduate in life sciences from Bhopal, a post-graduate in communication and journalism from the University of Mumbai, and holds diplomas in environmental management and fitness nutrition. Since a very young age, Joyita has been a vocal advocate of our planet and began volunteering at a young age.
Since then, she has served with Greenplace India, Peta India, Care for the wild India, UNDP and the Corbett foundation and has participated in the Chambal dolphin census and the MP tiger census

Rekha Nair
Hello, I'm Rekha Nair. I'm working as a Commercial Director APAC for an aircraft engineering company. I'm currently based in Hong Kong. Originally from Kerala, raised in MP. Both of these states offer rich cultural tapestry and bountiful nature in the form of natural parks and reserves. I'm proud and honoured to be associated with Ensure Development Foundation in Baherakhar, MP. I wish the team there and everyone who experiences Ensure and the work they do, all the very best.

Shomita Bhattacharya
Shomita is an environmental professional with expertise in municipal and rural waste operations, green livelihood development, and nature-based solutions.
Shomita is currently a Program Manager at CARPE EcoSattva, an organization based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra) focusing on communications and strategic partnerships required to build climate-ready communities.
Prior to EcoSattva, Shomita has contributed to improving waste management systems in the Indian Himalayan Region in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Before starting her climate journey in India, she spent 7 years in the US, where she studied and worked in the environmental sector in Syracuse (New York) and Northampton (Massachusetts).

Kamlesh Singh Atri
Kamlesh Singh Atri is a trained educator with a Master’s Degree in Geography. She is also a trained instructor for various vocational courses aiming at providing livelihood to marginalized sections of society. She has vast experience working with government and private organizations with a primary focus on the upliftment of underprivileged communities and the conservation of the environment and wildlife.
After completion of her studies, she worked with the Government of India on a project aimed at imparting education and securing livelihood to children affected by child labour for two years. Then, she joined The Corbett Foundation (TCF) in 2015 and worked in Central India for 6.5 years. She was involved in the development of nature education material, the conduction of awareness programmes in schools and villages and the organization of vocational training for women of tribal and forest-dependent communities of Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh. She also worked on various wildlife research and conservation projects. She played an important role in the successful implementation of watershed projects, habitat restoration projects, vulture conservation, human-wildlife mitigation projects etc.
